Rx Remedies Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if your purchase has exceeded 30 days.
Your item must be intact, new, or partially used and labeled as you received it to be eligible for a return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Certain non-returnable items include gift cards, merchandise, and downloadable products.
To complete your return:
- Contact our Customer Care Team at support@rxremediesinc.com with your order confirmation or order number (as proof of purchase from Rx Remedies).
- Upon receiving proof of purchase and confirming your order is eligible for a return, we will send you a self-addressed, pre-paid return label.
- Package and ship your return via USPS (Note: Your package must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the return label).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Rx Remedies will process your refund (minus the shipping cost), and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that there is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account, so we recommend contacting your bank for updates. If, after ten business days, your credit has still not been posted, please contact support@rxremediesinc.com
